    THIS PLACE IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!! DON'T PLAY ON GRASSY KNOLLS OR MANAGEMENT WILL TRACK YOU DOWN WITH RULE CHANGES TO YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT. They have numerous security cameras on site facing the tenant buildings and not toward the front of the complex forcing a privacy issue. The complex has been in the newspaper numerous time about bad management and ownership. One issue was mold damage that former residents had a lawsuit against. The units was supposed to be cleaned but the lawsuit contend that they were done unproperly. Until recently, the grounds has been very poor. Currently, they are painting the buildings a very unsightly color. BEWARE, RENT AS YOUR OWN RENT AS THEY WILL PLAY NICE BUT ARE REALLY A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING.

    I have rented here for years and the management is a joke. Rule changing constantly, amenities lacking, rent hiking without cause. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, DON"T RENT HERE!!! NICE GRASS TO PLAY ON, DON"T THINK SO. NOT ALLOWED!!! Management has camera's facing the units and not the front of the complex so they can watch the tenents and not watch for security.

    Apartments are falling apart inside and ouside. If you like problems you may want to live here.
