Worst customer service

Their mission statement (see below) is a total lie. They have the worst customer service that I've ever seen. I had them install a CompuStar remote start in my wife's car. When a Passive mode didn't work as it supposed to they told me it is "because of an automatic transmission". This is a dumbest excuse I've ever heard of. I called the manufacturer myself and was told that it is supposed to work as I described. They still refused to fix it. I have another car that need a remote start and windows tinting but I won't be going there for sure. I urge you to avoid this place by all means! This is from their website: "Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide you the customer, with the best customer service and quality products available while assuring the highest of business ethics. We also use the highest quality products on the market to make sure every job is professional. We treat every customer's vehicle as if it where our own. If a product won’t fit your vehicle, won't look good, or is unsafe, we will tell you. If you are not happy, please let us know so that we may take care of you quickly and professionally. If you are happy, please tell your friends and family. We would like to provide them with the same professional service."
