Out of the 3 different attorneys that we've had in Jackson, MS, Ms. Bishop was the most competent, caring, and passionate attorney. We were out-of-town clients and she was always willing to openly communicate with us via email and phone whenever necessary. She additionally made herself available in some emergency situations. She truly cared about our case and how it affected us as a family. She was able to assist us in achieving the most favorable outcome that we could get. I would certainly recommend Ms. Bishop for any type of family law situation.

Child Support Case

Monti really helped me with my child support case she was always very nice with me and honest and also very upfront with me she did not tell me what I wanted to hear but she told what I needed to hear and that was what I paid her to do to be honest. Oh and she doesn't take any crap. She's a tough cookie.

Monti has been the greatest attorney I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Since my divorce in 1998, my ex has pulled me back into court several times. Each time I had a lousy attorney. I really didn't know there were that many attorneys that didn't know the law. That's not the case with Monti! She knows exactly what she's doing and was on top of my case from the very beginning. I would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone's law assistance.

Since obtaining Monti's services a few years ago, she has been a wonderful attorney. I have had nothing but great services from her and her firm. When in court, she showed expertise and professionalism. If I had a probelm, she returned my calls when she was able to (within 24 hrs) Whether her advice came from other attornies or not, I welcomed it. I needed someone else's take on my situation and she provided that. I would gladly use her services again and would also recommend her to people I know needing a Family Law attorney!!!!! Monti is a professional, knowledgable, and skilled attorney. She represented me in my difficult divorce case and guided me through it from start to finish. Not only does she have a high degree of skill, but she also has that personal touch which most lawyers don't have. She returned my phone calls and emails promptly which again most attorney's do not. I had Monti as my divorce lawyer in 2007. I found her to be very prompt, efficent and knowledgeable regarding divorce and child support. She remain calm, direct, and focused. I had no problems with her. I would and have recommend others for her services.

I used Monti's great services and I can now say that she is a one of a kind lawyer. She goes above and beyond her call of duty and works very hard to represent you.
Since I leaved in North Carolina when I had to go thru the custody battle of my kids leaving in MS with their father she came to me highly recommended by a family lawyer friend in Lousiana and let me say that I was very please to have her in my representation, not only she was the kind of lawyer I was looking for but as a person, she was someone you could talk to, she felt my pain as a mother and she was always there to attend my phone calls, she even gave me her personal cellular number so I could get easier access to her and I think that speaks for itself. she gave me peace of mind and made me feel positive about the outcome of my case at all times.
