We bill insurance. Massage Therapists and Chiropractic Services. Dr. Heather Gappert was born and raised in the Fairbanks area. After completing her degree in Biological Sciences at UAF in 2001, she continued her educating at Northwestern College of Chiropractic, where she graduated as a chiropractor in 2004. Dr. Gappert took an extra year of training in prenatal and pediatric care. She is the only Webster's certified chiropractor in the Fairbanks area. Dr. Gappert moved back to Fairbanks in 2006 after buying Fairbanks Chiropractic Clinic from Dr. Charisse Basquin. We bill Insurance. Massage Therapists and Chiropractic Services.
