    The WORST service I've received. Eric, the "owner" of the company came by and "fixed" our big screen TV. As he was walking out the door it stopped working again, he came back and said that he needed to take a part home and fix. He said he had another appointment and asked if he could come back on Saturday. We agreed, Saturday came and he stopped by but said he had a family emergency and asked if he could come by on Monday. Ok, we again agreed. Monday came and Eric never showed up or called and we have been calling him for months, leaving message after message but no answer and no call back. We got a new house number recently and my fiance called from that number and guess what, Eric answers. The owner, Eric only answers or calls you back if its a number he doesn't know and thinks its a new client. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

    His promise and sweet talk is not backed up by his actions. He makes a first good impression on the phone, but he does not live up to what he promises. When you call, he does not answer his phone. When you leave a message, he promise to call you right back. Actually, he calls you back only if you are a new customer. If you call him for service under warranty, he does not answer your phone call.
