This company damaged my car with one of their stretch limos. They have no insurance and refuse to take responsibility and/or pay for damages. They are driving evey day without insurance.

Just got back from a week in Chicago. Called a week in advance to set up pick-up at the airport (O'Hare) with LUXURY LIMOSENE of Chicago. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Upon arrival, our inexperienced driver got lost getting us to our fairly easy downtown destination - we would have got out and walked at that point, but it was pouring at 10 at night. Additionally, the driver wanted to charge us more than the price quoted me on the phone when reserving. I called on Friday to confirm our pick-up to return to the airport.....was told yes, they had me down, pick up at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, no problem. They never showed! And never called! When I called them, they said the driver had a flat tire (I doubt it) and they had no other car to send. We ended up taking a city cab into the airport - a more than courteous driver....and it was way less than LUXURY LIMO. I would not use them, and will advise all of my experience.

I have been using this company for several years and has always wow their service, as i am a business consultant who travels weekly but something that really got me going to write this review is my grand mother who is very old and lives by herself had to fly out and i was out of town, i asked the limo company to pick her up and drop her to the airport not only they were on time they also assisted her from the 2nd floor very patience and well behaved driver dint rush her as she is old and takes longer to do things, I am very impressed by their service and voice my opinion to use them. Thanks for reading my testmonial.

May have found my new regular limo company. Ohare pickup was on time with a courtesy call (they also called ahead and accounted for my flight being late), I found a chilled bottle of water waiting for me in the limo (nice touch), and the driver was fast getting us back to Naperville. The owner called to follow up the next day, and mentioned that regular customers get a *ton* of discounts (like 50% off prom bookings, though I'm a little past that now) ...I'll see if this is BS next time I book, but so far, this one's a winner.

"I made a reservation a week in advance of an eary morning flight. Called the night before to confirm again. Waited until there was not more time to get the flight called and called only to be told tough they could not get a car take a cab. If you need to be anywhere forget this outfit and walk. At least you will make it. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST AVOID!!!!!!!" Especially if you need to be somewhere they can not help you!!!!!!!

Please do not count on this service to get you to or from the airport. I booked in advance and the driver showed up in a borrowed personal vehicle, which he proceeded to lock himself out of, with the motor running. He was able to get the door code from the vehicle owner, but he had no gas and didn't know how to operate the GPS, and we were instructed not to pay him at the airport, because the vehicle did not have a livry license. The return trip was a complete nightmare. After calling to confirm our arrival time and that a driver would be there to pick us up, the driver never showed. We called repeatedly to find out what happened, and our calls were never answered. My family were stranded at Midway airport at 11pm, so I jumped in my car and made the one hour drive from Elgin to retrieve them.
