I just wanted to let you know that we had EXCELLENT service from Terry and Blue Diamond. He was so kind, helpful, etc. He wound up making several trips to deliver family around town at the end of the evening. I REALLY appreciated all of his help and assistance.

I was impressed with your service, the communication, professionalism of the driver and quality/cleanliness of the car.
But with that I feel I must tell you that your contract's come off a bit jumbled. There are many different sizes of fonts and sizes of spaces and indentions, etc. that the contract was hard to read and understand. I LIKE to think of myself as a very intelligent person...but hey, we all have our days. :) I'm just wanting to help - I thought you guys were great and will recommend you and will very likely use you guys again.
I had to sign and fax so many contracts for what seemed like the same thing (I think I just didnt know where to look for any changes and maybe didnt take the time to find them) but that was a little daunting and because they all said within 24 hours or something too.
Thanks for making our wedding day complete.

Hi Carrie,
The Limo was great and we all had a great time. The Driver was very professional and accommodating. I would like to be able to say we use Limo's a lot, but like most we don't! But, the next time we do need one, you will be the first we call!
Thanks, for everything. I especially liked the fact that you kept up with me through correspondence and phone calls. I didn't have to remember to reconfirm and make sure everything was set.

I just wanted to thank you again for all your help in making my sister's bachelorette party amazing! She and her friends had a blast and truly felt like celebs. I just wanted to thank you again and write you to tell you how wonderful our chauffer Steve was. The torrential rain had the potential to ruin the night, and Steve was always right there with his umbrella as helpful as he can be. He was courteous, always right on time, and chivalrous as well. I couldn't have asked for a better driver to make my sister feel wonderful on her big night!

The office staff was always very professional and cheerful. Our biggest concern from past experiences was that the limo would be late but your staff assured us that the limo would be on time and it was! The limo was also very clean inside and out!
