    Professional, Talented, and Reasonably Priced

    About the only downside: it's a chain, and we all want to support the mom-and-pop stores, but with a great chain like this it's hard. Hair - only one haircut so far, but no complaints. Great cut, VERY cheap price ($24 for staff) and I got special help picking out a good shampoo/conditioner afterwards as well. Wax - only place I go in KC, other places just aren't as good! VERY quick, VERY professional, but expensive. $45 just for eyebrow/upper lip/chin, and $60-something adding arms. But, they're quick, very little pain, they definitely know what they're doing...great service! Would recommend to others, definitely. Shopping - LOVE IT. tons of beauty care products, a girl's dream. And the staff is very helpful in finding things. Lots of sales and coupons if you're on the mailing list. Staff- very friendly, very helpful. Overall: definitely recommend, for all the above.

    I've been going here for months to get my eyebrow and facial waxing done, and I couldn't be happier with it. The receptionist is always really nice when I check in, and Olivia - the woman who does my waxing - is fantastic. She's really sweet and knows her stuff. She did extra waxing right before my wedding and she was right - the pictures turned out great with her suggestions! I highly recommend her for waxing - I have bushy eye brows and instead of just getting rid of the strays, she really worked to define them and give them more shape, which no one does! My husband also goes to get haircuts, and it's very reasonably priced and they always do a good job. Men's haircuts are simple but they are always so friendly to us, and he's always happy with what they do (because they listen to him which is uncommon at some salons!) The actual salon is very low-key, I mean you're not paying for the lighting or elitism of some spas/salons. It's very straightforward and not a "luxurious" area - but the quality is great, the staff is friendly, and you can't beat the price. Highly recommended!

    Had a manicure, and also did a bit of shopping. The staff was super friendly and informative, and the manicure was very nice. My only objection was that I requested a matte clear polish when my manicure was finished, and instead got a shiny clear polish. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience. It was also very hot the day I visited, and the woman at the checkout offered to fill my water bottle when I left. THAT's a sign of attentive service!
