I was given their number through the hospital, after my mother had a stroke while on vacation in Florida, I had know idea how to get her back to Indiana. A caseworker provided me with the number of this service and after searching the internet, I finally spoke to Tim on the phone and he explained to me how the medical air ambulance business actually works. The quote I was given was thousands of dollars less than the "brokers" that I had been contacting. They actually call Tim for the same price he gave me but they added anywhere between $2,000 and $5,000 to the price. Needless to say, I contracted with them and they arrived the next day. Tim was actually on the flight and they provided my mother with excellent care. I hope to never have to use this service again but I learned a lesson on this experience. I thank the crew Bob, Tim and Jeremy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
