    Very Professional and Tidy crew. I've used several other maid services and my only pet peeve about this one is that they move things around so that you know they have cleaned everything. Services are not that expensive either...very practical for downtown living.

    Misleading Cleaning Service

    The initial contact with McMaid was very comprehensive. I was informed of the 6 hours of service, including the carpet cleaning they did. On the day of service my tenant called and told me when he asked the cleaning lady about the carpet cleaning, she told him she forgot to get the carpet cleaner from her boss. He called me and I called McMaid. The owner of the company told me they never did carpet cleaning during their 6 hours of cleaning a 1300 sq.ft. apartment. When I told her that her employee, Michael told me they did, she disagreed. I had taken notes the day I spoke to him, but she still denied it. Why would the cleaning lady tell my tenant that she forgot to pick up the carpet cleaner if they didn't clean carpets as originally quoted? 6 hours of cleaning? I pay less to clean my 3000 sq. ft. house than I did for my 1300 sq. ft. condo. The initial information was misleading. I asked what their service included and when I asked about carpet cleaning, their employee, Michael, said yes. I should have asked for a list of exactly what they did. I would NEVER use them again.

    They arrived on time and ready to work. They cleaned my condo and did my laundry.
