A disaster

I brought my car to Carwash USA after a 20 hour roadtrip to have the bugs removed from the front bumper. The pre-wash technician had the water pressure so high that it literally beat and washed off the clear coat on my front bumper, exposing the paint beneath!! I drive a Lexus that I usually have hand washed, save for this time. Oh, how I regret it!! The manager tried to blame the year of my car (2002) for the damage, and took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the damage that had just been done by their technique. Now, I have to have the front bumper clear coated and it will be on my dime. The dealer quoted $600...all behind a $12 car wash. Buyers and consumers BEWARE!!! One star is too generous for this unprofessional "company".

good car wash /bad windshield repair

Stick to washing cars and doing the interiors.Leave the windshields to the pros , my Corvette Windshield sustained a minor pit caused by a rock , after their patch it's not a pit anymore ,but a large crack about 16 " inches long,and they refuse to accept the responsibility of replacing the windshield , this was caused by a very large lack of exprtise in that area
