    Exceptional

    Best Chinese Food Ever!!!!!

    The secret to getting great food and great service at this place is to go during its non-busy hours. Avoid lunch and dinner times and save this place for the later hours. The atmosphere is much more relaxed at this time and the food is usually steaming hot and the buffet is well stocked. They are, however, often out of cheese stuffed mushrooms, but they usually offer lots of General Tso's Chicken. They food always tastes great, and the fruit options are usually very fresh. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they are always cleaning. The prices are a little steep, but the food is usually worth it. Take-out is also a convenient option as well, with food priced by the pound. If you don't mind the lunch rush, lunch hour take-out is usually the best value for the money. But be warned: on more than one occasion I have seen one customer take the entire tray of something and the staff will not bring out another tray until that customer has left!!!!!!

    The customer service was the biggest issue. We were told that the restaurant did not have an all you can eat crab leg buffet and that they would not be bringing out any more. The food was cold and old and the selection was poor for the price we paid. We will not be returning.

    The food was old and cold, and the selection was terrible for the price. The staff was extremely rude. I will not return.
