NOT a monthly contract

The gym itself is amazing. I loved the pool, sauna, steam room, movie/cardio room. However I had so many problems with the billing/contracts. They signed me up for a month to month contract but after I initialed and signed the electronic pad, their "printer malfunctioned" and they couldn't print my contract out. They assured me of what we had talked about...monthly contract, cancel whenever I want, just give 30 days notice. When I tried to cancel months later because they don't have many classes and they close really early on the weekends, they told me I can cancel in 4 months when my contract is up.
The gym is great, but I will never, ever sign any papers with the words "golds gym" on them again.
