horrible and rude

I rented Sunshine Limo for my son's 13th Birthday. The driver did not present the birthday sign that was promised, he did not open the door for the kids and he parked in the spot that I specifically asked not to park in. After the ride the limo was a bit of a mess from the boys having chips in the car (that I asked ahead of time if it would be ok to give them). I offered to clean up the mess and the driver said not to worry about it, he had 1 1/2 hours before his next client and he would take care of it. Not 15 minutes after we were dropped off did the "manager" call me on my cell phone to tell me they would be charging me an extra $20 for the mess in the car. She was incredibly rude to me on the phone in middle of my son's party. We never did get our "free magnet with our group photo either".

Super service, super driver, super car

We needed a car for a concert with very bad parking/car situation (people get stuck there for HOURS). The car was gorgeous, it was the best rate we got, they happily sent a car from Eugene (nice) and the driver was friendly, helpful and also clever, as got us in and out of there while we saw other cars lined up for miles. I will absolutely use them again for this purpose. They were just the nicest - esp about last minute pickup and drop-offs for one of the people in our group. Yay! A great business!

We use Sunshine Limo Service several times a year, and we're very happy with the service. Even when a problem does come up, they always do what they need to do to make things right. Very satisfied.

Oregon Wine Tour

We used Sunshine Limo Service for a wine tour for our group of 8. I have been on 2 previous wine tours with 2 other Portland tour companies that I was not at all impressed with, so, I was a little worried about how this tour would go. I shouldn't have worried. We got a free upgrade into a new Cadillac limo (just gorgeous) for starters, and things got better from there. Our driver was funny, and very knowledeable about the area. We got great treatment at all the wineries, and we even got a barrel tasting at one of the wineries.
All in all it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our limo was on time (we've had problems with other companies being late in the past), and the car was immaculate. Our driver was also very experienced with the wineries in the area (we were on a wine tour), and very courteous. No real complaints, will use them in the future.

We rented a limo from Sunshine for our son's 12th birthday. We paid $35 extra for the scavenger hunt package for the boys. The car showed up 10 minutes early and the driver was very friendly, the kids really liked him. They arranged a trip for them to KDUK (my son's favorite) as part of the package, and the kids even got to meet some DJs. When the time was over all of the kids were just thrilled with the time they had. I highly recommend Sunshine, especially for kids, we had a bad experience with another limo company, the driver was really mean to the kids.

Christmas Light Tour - Excellent

Sunshine Limo Service took our family on a Christmas Light Tour that was just great. Our driver (in a Santa hat) knew where all the best light displays were and even took pictures along the way that we got to see this morning on Picasa. Definitely a must do for next year.

Fun Wine Tour

We went on a wine tour with Sunshine Limo Service, and everyone had a great time. They made all the appointments at the wineries, got most of the tasting fees waived for us, and even a special wine tasting right from the barrel at Erath Winery.
All and all it couldn't have been better. Our driver was funny and knowledgeable, the Cadillac Escalade was almost new and really nice, and the wineries all were friendly and fun. We'll tell our friends about it, and hopefully go again
