    Exceptional

    Great company. My 35 year Lennox furnace was on the fritz recently in the midst of all this cold. I quickly called around. United Temperature Services sent out knowledgeable salesman right away for a free estimate. After judging the repair costs would just be to much, he thoroughly mocked up a new furnace installation and gave me a variety of different choices which could be installed the next morning. Luckily he told me I could expect another 10 years out of my A/C because for all I know, by the looks of it I could have easily been stooped into having to buy one of those too. Some of the other salesmen actually said I would HAVE to replace it. After looking through the different estimates, I chose to go with United Temperature for a variety of different reasons. Easy to talk with, great prices on quality Lennox furnaces, and a crew of very professional installers. The installers came out the next morning in full uniforms and labeled vans just like the salesman said they would. One of the installers, Walter, was very nice and answered all my questions. Being retired, I watched the entire install. They were extremely professional and did some very quality work. Furnace looks great!! I look forward to having this Lennox for another 35 years!

    RUDE!!!

    My furnace went out and I called them at 8:00am in the morning. I asked about a service call price - expensive, I asked about the labor charges - expensive, and finally I asked about having someone out that day. The guy I spoke with was rude and arrogant stating he wasn't the dispatcher. I asked if he could find out if someone could come out that day and he plainly said NO. I tried to explain what he was saying to my husband and he replied, Ma'am - I am talking to you! I told him nevermind and hung up. This guy needs to know that rudeness doesn't attract business. I will never spend my money with this place....ever. I called Household Heating and Cooling...reasonable price and could come out within 2 hours....I recommend Household over United ANYDAY!!!
