    We were called from Mpls to set up apt. with them for new windows to come on 10-=16 at 2 PM. They didn't show up - we waited around and no call either. 10-31 a salesman called to say we are back in the area and as things didn't work out the last time would youlike to set up another appointment? Well no! We have called someone local and are going with him. When you make an apt. and can't make it at least have the consideration to call and cancell. No EXCUSE!

    I had a good experience with this company. They were easy to work with. Processed all my paperwork and Saved Me some Money. I would recommend giving them a call for Roofing, Siding or other projects

    high pressure lies

    A salesmen came to our home and gave us a high pressure sale with a high price, we brought it down considerably and then said no. We then tried to get him to leave but he hung around for a long time guaranteeing that he could just do one window installation for a moderately low price. He assured us that no work would be done if financing wasn't approved, so we signed the contract after reading through it and he left. 2 weeks later we recieved a letter denying our financing, Budget Exteriors then sent us a letter saying that they would persue legal action against us if we didn't contact them, we called them and told them we had been denied financing and they said, "sorry we already ordered the materials", and said we'd need to get financing on our own. Turns out after checking the backside of our contract in small print that the contract is "not contingent on financing"...and if you cancel you'll have to pay 25% of the printed price of the total project on your contract. They are unscrupulous, liers, and scammers. I would NOT recommend working with this company!

    NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BUDGET EXTERIOR-DANGEROUS

    A Salesman called our house on Thurs. Feb. 12th from 7:47pm CT to 8:09pm CT a total of 14 times making terroristic threats to my family. He said he had our address and listed what he had as our address over the phone and said he knows where our family lives and he'll be over when he gets off of work. My husband repeatedly told this man to stop calling and advised him we're calling the police. My husband called the Champlin Police and spoke w/Officer Cassen and filed a report. DO NOT EVER to business with this company, I have no idea what kind of company would allow their employees to resort to that sort of behavior but they are obviously very dangerous and I don't know any family who would ever welcome this sort of behavior into their homes. FYI....when I called Qwest to explain the threatening calls we were receiving and to get a trace put on our phone they advised us we would need to purchase that feature from them to be able to activate it. However, the Champlin Police Officer informed us how to put a trace on our phone and for those of you out there that may need to know how to activate a trace on your phone for terroristic threats it is *57 It will be logged into a database and can be retrieved by the courts from Qwest. AGAIN, I can not stress enough to you all DO NOT even think about using this company or letting them into your home.

    Watch Out

    Several years ago one of my daughters entered a "prize drawing" this company was running. Once Budget Exteriors got our number and address they have been impossible to get rid of. A salesman came to our house and once he was in the door he wouldn't leave. He claimed he made an appointment. He hadn't and after I repeatedly asked him to leave our premises he wanted to call his scheduler to clear up the "mistake". I told him it was no mistake and to please leave. I must have asked him to leave our house at least a dozen times. When he finally went outside his "scheduler" called and continued the pressure to hear his pitch even as I asked her to please let me hang up and please have the saleman leave our property and not come back. Subsequent to that they called and I again asked the never to call us or come to our house. Now they are calling again despite my requests not to call and despite our number being in the federal do not call list. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
