horrible customer service

i recently bought a $1000.00 camera and laptop on the same day- needless to say i spent a lot of money- well i discovered that my camera was used when it turned on with personal settings already set- so i called the 1800 number and the rep was horrible! he stated that i may or may not be charged a restocking fee if i returned it- even for just an exchange- and he suggested i was "one of the many people who do this type of thing to use a nice camera for a month and get my money back"- for a thousand dollars you should be able to expect to get a new piece of merchandise and not accused of being a questionable person
