    I paid for 3 photo facials last April. First facial, I had maybe 4-5 freckles surface and eventually slough off. The second one (done by another girl... because the last one quit) NO results at all! The third facial (done by yet ANOTHER girl because the last one quit!) was the worst.... NO results... didn't even wipe the gel from my face. Just used a rough towel and said that baby wipes work well to get the gel off, but that she was out of them... what the.... baby wipes?!? I got in the car and had goop still behind my ears....gross! I finally complained, something I am not good at. Dr. McWilliams offered to do another photo facial for free. I say okay because I am an idiot....... he does the photo facial and burns a patch of hair off at my hair line (its just starting to grow back and this facial was in October) once again NO results, no freckles turning to coffee grounds and falling off, no improvement with roseacea, nothing! It was a total waste of money and there was nothing spa-like about my treatments. Decided to write this review after I just finished paying off my carecredit card. The facials were a birthday gift to myself last year. Oh well.... hope no one makes the same mistake I did. At the very least I felt that I should have been credited some amount of money, since it was clear that what I paid for was not delivered. Before pics were taken...... afters never were ;) I guess that sums it up.

    I went to Solaris for help with hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause. The hormone pellet treatment has been like a miracle for me. My quality of life is the best it's been in 25 years. I highly recommend Solaris and Dr. Kenneth McWilliams. Renee Wiley

    Don't believe what they tell you! Not only did they fire two good employees for no reasons, but what the results they promised me using lipo-dissolve NEVER happened. When I asked for my money back I was told no. The doctor is very inexperienced with body sculpting. I would highly recommend finding a qualified physician, not one who wants to practice on you while he learns.
