Do not go here to service your vehicle!!! I went here this weekend to get my timing belt replace, only to find out I needed to do an additional $1,600+ worth of service (the majority ~$1,000 to replace all 4 motormounts). It sounded expensive, so I went to an independent shop. Not only did they find it unnecessary to change all 4 motormounts, but that only one needed to be changed (the dogbone motormount), which only cost ~$100 and could have been changed at the same time as the timing belt. In addition, Bell Toyota didn't honor their original price to replace the timing belt, and wanted to do an additional $500 worth of Power Steering Flushes/Transmission Flushes/Brake Fluid Flush that were not necessary.

My elderly mother and I visited this dealership so she could purchase a Toyota Corolla (she'd owned one for years and loved the car). We negotiated with the sales associate and came to a price that she was willing to pay, at which point she made the terrible mistake of sending me on home while she completed the paperwork. I SHOULD NEVER HAVE LEFT HER ALONE WITH THESE PEOPLE! They changed the price on her sales contract, conveniently lost the paperwork with the agreed upon price, then shuffled the papers in front of her so swiftly and without explanation that she ended up signing a contract for $2000 more than the amount we wanted to pay. Not only that, they had her sign paperwork for an extended warranty that she had originally rejected. When I confronted them with what they'd done, they actually asked the associate if the lower price was the price we'd agreed to, and he backed up our story, saying that there must have been a mix up with the paperwork. Mix-up indeed! They were out to take an old woman and they did it. We have waited weeks and haven't even received an apology. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
