Good: The lady on the drive off side and the cashier.. both always polite.. Bad: Attitudes. HORRIBLE attitudes.. Improvements: A better assistant manager, one that doesn't have an attitude and cost you customers. According to other reviews here too, maybe its time for a chance..

They say write a positve review but you dont get positive service! My first time experience was very upsetting. When I pulled in I guess I went in the wrong lane and I could hear the workers saying "Dumb a** non reading people" They were complaining about how cold it was and why do people get their car washed when it is cold. Its not our faults they picked that job. They were very rude so when I went to pay I told the cashier that the staff was very rude and she called the manager in GUESS WHAT! the guy who came in was the same one that was saying all that stuff so he asked me who was it and I looked at him and said"wern't YOU just out ther? To top it all off I paid $18.00 for the ultimate wash and when I got my car back The windows were smeared,I did not get air freshner,the dashboard and console were not wiped. I then got to work and called and asked for a number for the manager's manger number and the woman told me that there is only one manager for that store. This type of service is unacceptable and I will be speaking with someone with a higher authority!If someone knows a number for the coorporate office please e-mail me.

VERY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

My 1st time experience at the car wash was not very good. First I pull in I guess the wrong lane and all I here is " These stupid non reading ass people" Then another car almost does the same and they say"damn theses are some supid ass people dont they know how to read".S when I went to go pay for my wash I told the cashier that the people were very rude and she calls the manager in,GUESS WHAT! The manager was one of the ones saying those things. So he asked me who it was and I looked at him and said "you were out there wernt you? Then to top it all off when they were done with my car I did not smell no air freshner, they did not wipe the inside of my car because the dashboard was still dusty, mt mats were still dirty, and my windows were smeared. Now I did not pay $18.93 for that kind of service. All they kept complaining about was that it was cold outside and why do people get there cars washed in the cold! It is not the customers fault that they picked a job where they knew they would have to be in the cold. I call the store when I got to work and asked for the number or e-mail address for the managers manager number and the lady said that he did not have one and that he was the boss! Thats crazy all managers have a manager above them. I plan on getting intouch with the coorporate office or someone. I will never go there again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Beware Of Wheel Damage

I recently used this car wash and tire guide damaged both the front and back tires on the drivers side of my car. When I pointed this out to the manager present, he denied any wrongdoing and basically called me a liar. He then put me in touch with the general manager who I met with a few weeks later (as I was out of town prior to this). Again, I was dismissed and told he runs a clean operation and this could not have happened at his location. When I pointed out that the damage is at the exact height of his tire guides the general manager told me there was no way I could prove the damage occured at Brookdale Car Wash. This is the kind of customer service you can expect.

This place suckks. You pay good money to see go results but they don't even clean the dash board or the center counsel.

i love when they clean my car , they do a pretty good job with the out side and in . they wipe it all done and get it smelling good . when you need a total clean car they are your man . the only con for me is they don't move the car seats and clean under so i will have to remember or ask next time .

Very good car wash

They do a great job when you need the inside done too. They vacuum and clean the windows. I all depends on what kind you get it's a little spendy but there are usually coupons around for a discount. It's worth it once and a while to get the inside done and vacuumed. They make it smell good, too.
