The Bamboo House is located at the corner of Thompson and Emerson, in the Kmart and Marsh center, just outside of Beech Grove. They have a $3.99 buffet every day for lunch, I think until 2:30 or 3:00. They have a good variety of dishes, including something for everyone, from vegetarian to chicken to beef. Spicy offerings and mild are both available. They have soup and egg rolls, crab rangoon and cookies. They are constantly replenishing the steam table with freshly made dishes. The service is pleasant and the food is delicious. I am usually not a big fan of buffets, but this is a great way to try a wide variety of Oriental cuisine. Even with beverages, 2 people can eat for less than $10. Worth a try!
