Airco Commercial Services works with all major manufacturers of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Additionally we service and maintain virtually all ancillary equipment such as pumps, backflow preventers, pumping stations, inverters, pneumatics, electronic & electric controls, compressors, filters, and more.
We work with all types of commercial HVAC systems including VAV, VVT, Multi-Zone, single zone, re-heat, dual-duct, clean room, computer room, chilled water, hot water, steam, built-up, package, split systems and more.
The Guaranteed Professional Maintenance program is not like insurance. Insurance only protects against catastrophic failures. The GPM program is designed to lower HVAC owning and operating costs by extending the useful life of the equipment and planning for eventual equipment replacement.
You will see the same technicians, so they can get to know your equipment. Two technicians are assigned to your facility. These technicians will perform preventive maintenance and service calls. If for some reason another technician must be used, of the equal technical knowledge and experience will be dispatched.
We can perform new construction on HVAC systems. We are the service arm of our construction company Airco Mechanical Inc, a thirty million dollar per year design build mechanical construction company capable of designing and installing HVAC systems in large commercial and industrial applications.
