They do not pay attention to the details and make excuses for their sub-contractors. Instead of holding their contractors to a high quality of work, they let them slip, make mistakes, and then sign off on bad quality of work. This is not what you want from a contractor which is why I would not recommend them, and was unsatisfied with the work. Our movers were unable to completely move us in and unpack, because rooms were still being painted and weren't even carpeted. We have been dragged out trying to get the small details wrapped up and get on with things, and we still have to deal with them. The beginning was easy and fast, and now it's a joke. They keep thinking they are done, but haven't completed things they said they would do.
