My mom, husband, kids and I would like to say thank you for all you did to help us with out latest cruise. The cruise to Alaska was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!! I don't know how you arranged to have the great weather, but thank you! I also want to thank you for your generosity in sending the chocolate covered strawberries - Yum! What a wonderful way to begin our trip.

Princess Does it Again

Robin- I want to let you know that we just returned from our cruise. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, no problems at all. Even the weather was perfect every day. We love Princess cruise lines because they do a wonderful job.
We also want to thank you for the gifts we received on board, the $100 onboard credit, the wine and the tray of canapes.
We'll let you know if we are planning another major trip.

Comment: Dear Cruise Experts- just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our cruise on the beautiful Mariner of the Seas! We felt like we were not on a cruise but a 5 star resort. The 3 story dining room was awesome; the service was the greatest we have ever experienced, everyone was so happy! The food was good and now we are so spoiled since we had a balcony. We loved the shows and the ice skating show was amazing; can't believe that was on a ship. We will call when we are ready to go again in December. Thank you again~

Hi Robin
We just wanted to take a minute and say thank you. Mike and I had a wonderful time. The hotel in Miami was beautiful. The ship was great... Sooo much to do. We tried it all. We loved the big ship. Our table arrangements were perfect. The people were wonderful. Since we flew in from New Jersey your suggestion to come in a day before was the Best recommendation because American Airlines lost a piece of our luggage which they delivered to the hotel around 1:00am so we were VERY thankful for the extra day or we would have had to leave without it. With that aside, the trip was perfect and so was the weather. We would definitely sail with Royal Caribbean again.
Thanks again for planning a wonderful trip for us. Hopefully we will be booking our next cruise real soon. :0)

Robin, Thank you and your staff for helping me organize my wife's 40th Birthday surprise cruise. Your agency booked our family/friends 13 cabins with outstanding attention to detail and were very accomodating down to last detail. Even with last minute changes- your agency went above and beyond to make adjustments for us. We experienced a cruise of a lifetime and will never forget your personal attention to our needs. Thanks to Robin & The Cruise Experts! Just wanted to say thank you for all you did for this years cruise. We all had a wonderful time and can't wait until next year. Thanks for the complimentary champagne, strawberrys and the $50 on board credit, we all greatly appreciated it.We had 1st time cruisers this year who were reluctant to cruise in the past and they could not believe the fun they had on the ship. One of the members of our group won $500 in the casino in a slot tournament. Once again I just wanted to say thank you for all you did and all that you will do for us in the future.

Thank you SO MUCH for all you did to make our cruise awesome!
The cocktail hour you sponsored for us was wonderful - we all had so much fun at it! It started us to have a cocktail hour every evening before dinner!

Top Sales Winners Cruise

I am the Manager of a top Chevrolet dealer in St. Louis, MO and we were referred to The Cruise Experts from a customer. We just got back from a great 3 day weekend in the Bahamas that honored the Top Sales people in the Greater St. Louis area. All the rooms were together, we had a free open bar party, private meeting rooms for the awards ceremony and we all brought our family with us. Everyone had a fab time and it was all a tax write off! What a BIG switch from a boring weekend at a Hotel that probably costs the same to plan. We are already planning next years cruise!

Robin is fantastic. She guided us through every step of our first cruise. She sets up everything, all you have to do is have a good time. She is the person to talk to for any travel need that may arise.
