Health Exchange of Arizona has been an experienced home care provider since 1991 and prides itself on a reputation of providing outstanding caregivers and excellent customer service. Our experienced, professional staff interfaces with physicians and other care providers to insure a comfortable, secure and beneficial home care experience for every patient.
Our lofty reputation is based on carefully screened nurses (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, and live-in caregivers) who pass a series of employment screenings, including drug tests, criminal background checks and clinical/written examinations of skills. Only after passing all these tests and having a current license or certification, two business and personal references, at least one year of home care experience and current First-Aid and CPR licenses can our staff be assigned to your home. Then, your in-home health care can begin with a live-in, companion, or an attendant caregiver.
