For Homeowners: Whats the best option? Keep the home? Downsize or upsize according to current needs and capacity. We provide counseling and assistance. In order for homeowners to make an informed decision when facing the daunting prospect of losing their home/job or another important aspect of their lives. For Banks: We try to get the most money for their properties, advise homeowner to make their home mortgage payments and communicate with them in order to reach a workout agreement that allows the bank keep the payments coming and the homeowner on their homes. We also assist on fast disposing of empty or abandoned homes, help prevent further depreciation by moving those homes quick. We try our best to do outside the box loss mitigation. Although were a non-for profit we receive and accept donation or low membership fees in exchange for our services, We want to encourage responsible behavior from homeowners, we believe that if theres some interest vested the more likely they will keep their promises and their homes. I believe that free things are less appreciated and less cared for.
