Poor Customer Service

I ordered pizza during traveling for work, I was informed that it would take 45 minutes to have my food delivered. The food did not come for 2 hours, and was cold. Since it was almost midnight I went to bed, because I had to wake up early. I called to complain in the morning, the morning manager told me he would have the evening manager call me back. I wasnt called back, I called to ask why there was a delay and the manager said he lost my number. They wouldnt refund my pizza, I was frusterated so I wanted to have the owner call me, he never did. I then called again and talked to the owners wife who yelled at me for ruining her morning with a complaint. She was very rude and hung up on my saying her husband would call me back. They never did. Do not order pizza from this establishment, there is no customer service, extremely rude.
