Hello,
I totally understand. We live in wesley Chapel and get taxi service is difficult task. Our friend just find out company called Wesley Chapel Taxi and it cost her $50 to Tampa airport. They said they charge flat rate to airport from Wesley Chapel.

another bad ride

I tried my luck with Oldsmar taxi and that was bad service so i figured i would try yellow cab........................worst choice of them all. The cab smelled like cigarettes, the driver could not speak English and he took me the long way around. Is there any good car services out there anymore?

I am a Recruiter and use Yellow Cab frequently to take candidates to the airport. Every time I call, the representatives are not friendly at all. In fact, they're borderline rude. My last experience with them was the absolute worst. They would not give a clear answer to my questions and I was placed on hold repeatedly (once while I was in mid-sentence). That will truly be my last experience with them, as I am finding another service.

I travel alot for business I use Yellow cab everytime that I need to go to the airport. They are always there at the time I request. The people that take the reservation orders are very helpful with setting up the ride and making sure everthing is right.

I am a frequent customer to YELLOW CAB. I always recommend them for the guests that come to the hotel that I work at. I guess you don't realize who you are trying to cheat when you are scamming. I was coming out of Busch Gardens on a terrible stormy night recently. When all I wanted to do was get my family home. I noticed 2 YELLOW CABS, and what appeared to me as a bootleg cab white van. I asked the driver of the van will he take us. I guess because we were his same skin color, he decided to discriminate. I thought all money was green. Or maybe it was because he wanted someone who appeared to be stupid. His buddy's conversed with him in there foreign (Haitian) language and we got in the cab car. As soon as we got in the driver hits me with a line about it being an extra $3 dollars per person. After a few explitives from me we all got out in the rain. The only thing saving this man was me not even attempting to get his cab number. I never forget a face though. I called YELLOW CAB and informed them of this suprise extra charge, which of course they know nothing of. To wrap it all up.....I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN OR CALL THEM FOR THE GUESTS IN THE HOTEL I WORK AT. I HAVE ALSO INFORMED EVERYONE OF MY CO-WORKERS AS WELL. Thats a good chunk of business they just lost. We have had a problem with them before over charging our guests. You would think in times like these people would at least be honest.

TERRIBLE, use United Cab instead!!

Terrible, TERRIBLE service and an EXTREMELY awful and rude cab drive that attempted to drive away at full speed with the door wide open and me still in the cab... I had to jump out to make sure I was not going someplace I didn't want to....the cab was #102. The excuse I got when I called the help line was "the cab driver has probably fallen on hard times with the economy and the rising gas prices" as the excuse for the driver being an a**hole and trying to rip me on the other rider off for a 2 mile ride and telling me "oh you want to go back where you came from" as he floored it and drove away with me still in the cab with the door open. I will never use yellow cab again because of this awful awful driver in addition to the response I got from the dispatcher help line...I realize that yellow cab will continue to do business and make plenty of money without mine, my family's and my friend's business but I will not forget and will at all times use other services and will encourage other people to do the same.

I will never use this taxi again

Me and my friends decided to use taxis for the night out so that we can all celebrate a birthday and no one had to be the dd. Well, our final driver decided to take the longest possible route to get us home. I guess he thought we were stupid or didn't know the way. He turned a 6 mile drive into 15. This is not a new tactic of course but why would you do that to local people who clearly know better. So I'm not gonna be using this taxi company again.
