Exceptional

Wonderful customer service.

I had a maintenance request after office hours and they took care of the problem within the hour. The person on call assured me that Parker has someone on call 24/7. Parker and Associates went above and beyond the call of duty to help resolve my issue. We are always quick to complain when someone falls short of our expectations but often times we fail to recognize businesses when they exceed them.
