I called and scheduled a "FREE" termite inspection. I needed this inspection in order to have my home loan approved. Before the inspector left he said that one of my trees had carpenter ants and that he would have to write that in his report. I said that was okay. Then he preceeded to tell me that it would cost $750.00 and that it had to be fixed before we could close. The home owners and I decided that we would not use this company to do the work. So the inspector decided not to give me my "FREE" Inspection.
