Worst customer service I've ever seen

Severely disappointing. I went to pick up a cake, but they didn't have what I was looking for. Offered me an alternative, but they're crap when it comes to service. Don't mean to be racist, but this viet lady (i'm viet too) totally treat the younger customers, such as myself, like trash. I wanted to see a cake that interested me so she took it out. I then asked for a different cake, but she was too lazy the second time and said I can step closer to look at it which caused me to bend my knees and squat. Finally picked out a cake. She treated a different customer respectfully cuz that other customer was a lady of the same age range as that clerk. The clerk asked what I wanted to be written on the cake. I said, "Just 'Happy birthday' is fine." She wrote a bit extra and asked "Do you want a name on it?" Didn't I ask for more? No. She then scraped off the strawberry icing with a plastic spoon which made all these red smears on the white icing. She then puts daisies over the smear which does NOT suit the other decors. There were roses on the cake already. I told her NOT to put the daisies and she ignored me and put it on still. She said that it was strawberry when she offered us that as an alternative. When we got home and cut the cake, it was coconut. And we also found a strand of hair in a slice. Very disgusting! NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! I PRAY THAT IT WILL GO IN BANKRUPTCY!
