My 5 year old could have done better

I went to Southtown Auto Upholstery to have a customer's seat recovered in leather, the original type of covering. I was told I would need to come down for an estimate, which I did, and Andrew told me it would cost $600.00 to have the seat recovered. He assured me the upholstery would be genuine leather to replace the original. "We don't try and pass anything off," should've been my first clue.I made an appointment to have the driver's seat recovered for the next week.I made arrangements with Andrew and Brian to drop the car off on Saturday, a day they are not open for business. Brian finally showed up at 11:45am to take delivery of the car and my $300.00 down payment. John called me onWednesday to say the car was finished and the seat "looked good." My brother picked up the car and paid the final $300.00. When I looked at the seat I was apalled. The bottom half of the seat was recovered and poorly sewn, one part was actually sewn twice in 2 different sections. The upper half was resticthed and spray dyed in order to match the rest of the interior, which it didn't and John even admitted to it after I called back. He assured me he would take care of it because I paid "good money" to have the seat recovered. Four phone calls, three emails and a call to the BBB and nothing has been done. BBB also has them listed as "unresponsive" with an F rating. Their rating would be 0 stars but Yellow pages made me pick a star rating, so I chose a 1.
