Debbie's Not so Dreadful
Posted by Muellercollier on 09/07/2009
After my 1st cavity @ 18, I have always dreaded & feared the days I would have to go to the dentist. When I moved to Colorado in 1980 and was looking for a dentist, I had at least 6 co-workers that all recommended the same dentist and that was Dr. Larry Kuljis. I was not an easy patient and my teeth are extremely sensitive. He put me at ease, made me feel comfortable, only did what he had to do and 20 + years later I would still recommend Dr. Kuljis to anyone whether it be adult or child. Plus you couldn't ask for a better staff! They are friendly, fun and accomodating. Thanks for everything. Deb

Do NOT Recommend
Posted by alliekat6363 on 06/28/2009
I do not recommend anyone going to this dentist, especially for root canal work done. The dentist here messed up my root canal, as it continues to give me problems to this day and no one can figure out what is wrong, hence, I'll probably have to dish out more $$ to have corrected. My friend also had her root canal done here and she had to have it redone when she went to another dentist. Only good thing is that hey are pretty generous on the Nitrous Oxide.

so dissapointed

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuljis' for at least the past 10 years and after struggling with the decision to discontinue seeing him as my dentist I finally decided that it would be for the best. He was very highly recommended by a coworker back in the late 90's and I was absolutely thrilled to have such a great dentist that was not only personable but very attentive to what was going on with ALL my teeth that he said were so great. Fast forward to the present. I've noticed that his personal touch isn't quite there anymore. I never felt like I was a bother until recently. It's never taken so long to have a root canal done (approximately 1 and 1/2 months). It seems as if he has too many patients and not enough time to provide the quality care that loyal patients had come to expect over the years. The girls in the office are wonderful and they will be missed! So sad that it had to come to this. :(

I do not like going to the dentist like most people. I have had many dentists throughout my life but no one as exceptional as Dr, Kuljis. He is very friendly, fun and personable. He made my experience very comfortable and I am glad to say that I have found a dentist that my family and I can return to for years to come. Thanks Doc!

What a great office. The dentist made me laugh and put me at ease. I must say I have never laughed in a dental office before. I will go back and definetly refer friends and family.

This dentist was recommended to me through word of mouth. He is unbelievable- I always avoided the dentist. Now at age 30, I look forward to going and I do not hesitate or procastinate when I need dental work. I am so ecstatic about having a doctor that I actually like to go to.

I unintentionally missed an appointment at his office because they called me to remind me of the appointment at the wrong number so I got a nasty letter from his wife and am being charged $65 for a missed appointment. My husband and I had recommended him to several co-workers, but I'll be sure to call them and warn them about this policy. Needless to say, we will no longer be patients of Dr. Kuljis. We never complained in the past as he usually runs 20 - 45 minutes behind on his schedule and works on too many patients at the same time. Their staff is nice, if that is what you are looking for.

Wonderful Dentist

If you are looking for a dentist in the Denver TechCenter area, Dr. Kuljis is great. He is a sweet and funny guy and is very gentle and understanding. His office staff is incredible. They are so nice and very accommodating. It is easy to make an appointment, no long waits and they have early morning and late afternoon appointments.
