Have to stay in the hotel for emergency purposes and near a hospital, they have bed bugs, Came to report that and the girl manager said they were "coming from the trees" and they will check on that, no check, we know that they don't come from trees, We washed our clothes with hot water, detergent, many times. Bed bugs are in the walls bathroom, beds, pillows during the night. Then another manager, a man, started to harass saying the we brought bed bugs when they know those bugs are in that place since before.. My wife had a acute attack after being harassed by the manger trying to put the blame on us, other rooms with bed bugs, police came, they said it was a civil matter, report to the health department on the way, police left and told the manager to give us the name of the owner of the place, and nothing. Wife had a respiratory attack went outside looking for air and manager told her not to be outside because she was "disturbing" the guests staying there and they don't like when the police come, wife she said she will call the police anytime she feels something is wrong and not feeling well. He told my wife not to talk to other people when she was trying to get help with a phone to call 911 because not feeling well. Police said he can't say that to her, she can talk to whoever she wants.. Wife was taken to ER by 911. We are leaving but this is not going to end, because bed bugs will stay and people need to know. The "lobby" stinks of cigarette careful if you are asthmatic. The previous girl manager was screaming in the mornings in the hallways, having personal fights, DISTURBING people that were sleeping, as far as we know that girl and this other manager guy are married, they say that the owner is in Tennessee, they deserve zero rate, no respect to guests.
Carpets with lots of stains, other rooms worse, metal keys hard time working to open that door. Linens with stains, refrigerators terrible, microwave dirty, bed covers with holes...

Stayed here a few times. Staff was very friendly, clean, smoking and non-smoking rooms, lighting wasn't great but no complaints about that. Would definitely go back, rooms are worth their price.

horrible. where is the code enforcement officer when you need them. seriously nasty. the owners/management/staff horrible. they get drunk and harass the paying guests,cops are here every night for drugs involving the staff/management. rooms are nasty wet spongy carpet, the smell resembles a corpse. bedbugs,roaches, fleas. doors arent even electronic, doors dont latch/ lock properly convenient for the staff to search your things when you leave. no alarm clocks, no microwave, no phone. bathroom was nasty burnt stains in the bath tub towels and sheets looked piss stained. laundry room has black mold, parking lot has trash everywhere. no housekeeping. no refunds the charged my card before i had the chance to say no. management untrustworthy. please please spend couple extra dollars and go down the road. where the staff/management wont get drunk and start fights with paying guests

Nice staff and really central location. Near lots of tourism, shops and restaurants. Nice big rooms too!

Very nice place to stay if you want a great location to explore Williamsburg. The room and bedding appeared clean. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Had a very nice stay here. Stayed five days and had great service from everyone. Even the maid staff would stop and see if I needed anything. Room was clean but older. Wonderful location for the vacationer.

Love to find little gems and this is one. Clean rooms and a great travel location. Near Busch Gardens, great shopping, etc. Nice clean rooms too!

Nice little place to catch a couple of sound ZZZ's. I found the rooms very clean and all of my appliances worked just fine. The location is great if you are on vacation to explore our nation's history.

Great location. Room was okay. Staff outstanding! Went to Ripley's, Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Great shopping fun at malls too!

Since the new owners have taken over after it was shut down and now reopened it is clean comfy and great customer service. Would stay again anytime....was great on prices and they accommodated my room for myself and my son.
