Thank you for allowing us to introduce our company to you. Our home office is located in San Antonio, with branch offices in Austin and Houston. The Message Center is a leader in the call management industry. Our company was one of the first computerized centers in the telecommunications profession since 1982. The Message Center currently serves over 1000 clients.

We offer live operator service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our equipment and years of experience enable us to accommodate individual customized account formats. We utilize state-of-the-art computer technology and enhanced network features to insure calls are handled in a professional manner. Our staff is trained and well supervised for optimum efficiency and positive results.

Currently our operation has 24 Operator Stations, and also several Remote (off-site) Operator stations. Our system is upward scalable and currently has the capability for 50 Operator Stations. Each workstation is able to access every client's information, enabling us to receive multiple calls at any time. The workstations are designed with one-touch functionality, making for easy and efficient operator navigation through the account information.

Our operation is protected against power failures and anomalies by a Backup power system, which is capable of supporting our normal operations with power for several hours.
