Dr. Maxson is nice and does great cosmetic work. Is staff is underwhelming and often seems disengaged from the business. I find it annoying that Maxson will not answer complicated questions and often refers patients to watching DVD's on the subject asked about. Maxson recently cleaned house on his entire staff, perhaps this will prove to be a smart management change. Although I had no problems with the sedation, Maxson has a hard time finding the veins on patients. I know this to be the case at least with 2 other people as well. Often on his 5 or 6 try he will locate the vein...which is annoying.
