        Got a promo code in the mail, was a bit apprehensive about going to store, didn't want to get the run around, but to my surprise, Carlos was fabulous, courteous, never tried to get me to buy anything or change my grandfathered plan, he added my code, transaction complete, I will definitely give Carlos my future business.
