I first found this store in Phoenix and was delighted when they came to Indy. You will find everything from discount store brands to high end cosmetics, moisturizers, lotions, nail care, fragrances, hair care and lots of accessories. They also carry a house brand of lotions, cosmetics and brushes which are very good and reasonably priced. While the club card does reset quarterly, you only have to spend $50 in three months to get a first level reward. I like the Ulta nail polish at this level, but there are several items to choose from at each level. Plus, they mail catalogs and coupons to their club members. The coupon is usually $3.50 off a purchase of $10 - so it's well worth the small effort to join. If you like to try lots of differerent looks and lines, this is the place for you. If you're like me and don't wear a lot of makeup and almost never switch brands, this is the place for you, too!

I am happy with the care I receive.
I have never been happier with a pharmacy! Low Cost has limited operating hours, but I believe that this is one of the factors that lowers my cost. Yesterday I asked about availability of a specific product (unavailable to me other than ordering from the internet and waiting 3 to 5 days). One of the women working behind the counter quickly found a product catalog, quoted a price, and offered to order. After hearing that I can have it the next day, I agreed to order. I did not even have to pay up front! Wow. She may have earned a customer for life. Thanks to the people of Low Cost!
Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a therapeutic massage here a few years ago by Dr. Terri Hawkins-Fox. (She has a PhD in Nutrition, is a Doctor of Naturopathy, and has a handful of other certifications.) Very professional, and worth it. She's down-home Hoosier friendly, and puts you at ease. I have not tried their other services, such as nutritional consulting and colonics. Appointments recommended, but if there are no other customers, you can just walk in.
