The surgeons at Whitson Vision are among the most experienced and well-trained in the entire country. They have performed thousands of surgical and laser vision correction procedures. All our surgeons are board-certified. William E. Whitson, MD, FACS is borad-certified in ophtalmology and is a fellowship-trained cornea specialist. Dr. William Whitson has been in private practice since 1987. Dr. Keith Knuth is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmolgy. He is a member of the AMA, Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology, Indiana State Medical Association and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Ophthalmology Dr. Jocelyn A. Smith, OD, FAAO is a graduate of Indiana University Schools of Optometry and Nursing. Dr. Alicia Grove is a graduate of Indiana University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before continuing on to her Doctorate of Optometry.

  My son Sean who is 37 had Dr.

  My son Sean who is 37 had Dr. Whitson perform Lasik surgery when he was 21. Sean still has 20/20 vision, and it has been such a blessing for him. Dr Whitson performed Lasik on me when I was 50. I am now 62, and I don’t even have to use reading glasses! I would recommend Dr Whitson to anyone who needs Lasik or any type of eye surgery.   I had very good experiences

  I wanted to throw in because of the very negative review that was the only one on file. After my Dr. changed practices and went semi-retired I had to find another. I ended up with these folks. I always found them to be fine in terms of scheduling, wait time, and professionalism. I had no problems with them at all and would go back without hesitation.
