No doubt their low closing fee is an attractive feature to get the business.
After a year when it comes to revise the monthly payment for escrow account, I was told different amounts every time I talked to the banker. I setup the new monthly amount to be paid automatically from my bank. But later I got a letter that they did not receive my new monthly payment. My worst experience in sorting out this little issue with them. Ended up paying the late fees as well as they said they cannot waive it. I think I had enough with this low class bank, and switching to some reputable lender very soon. I wish I had checked some reviews before switching to Union Savings Bank at first place.
