Trader Joe's is NOT a health food store. Along with organic produce and such, you can find cookies, chips, frozen pizza, and wine. But it is really GOOD cookies, chips, frozen pizza and wine!!
It is rare to ever find hydrogenated oil in the ingredient lists on their products. So even the unhealthy food is healthier than most other brands.
The stores are friendly and fun. But too far away. I have to drive THREE HOURS to get to a Trader Joe's. We need one in Champaign, IL!!
