Ten Nails

One of the nail technicians had no other customers, but refused to service me; claiming that she was busy doing paperwork. It was obvious that she was sitting at the station doing nothing. Since she had done my pedicures before, I was comfortable with her. Just as many others have certain people who they get accustomed to, I did not wish to have someone do my pedicure that I was not familiar with. Since it's my money that is being spent, you don't get to dictate who I should allow to do them. Many of the other employees don't know what they are doing. Since I felt it was the right thing to do, I stopped by a week later to make the manager aware of it. Before even listening to what I had to say, he stated that I should go someplace else if I did not like it. Well, I have already taken my business elsewhere. I simply thought that you might be interested in knowing what had taken place in your salon. They all have big smiles on their face as long as you are giving them tips, but, when you request a particular person, they try to push you off on someone who apparently had a one-day training session. To be sitting around claiming that you're doing paperwork, is not bringing in any money. If you did not care about the fact that you lost a good paying customer, then, you were never a real business person after all. Had you truly been doing paperwork, how would it have hurt you to push the paperwork to the side for a few minutes to simply get the water going and allow my feet to begin soaking? As I already knew, the truth of the matter is that you were just simply too lazy. This salon is a joke. You were never my first choice from the start. You need to send your technicians to nail school before putting them out on the floor. Go to Sky Nails. At least they value customers & tips.
