While traveling through Indianapolis, I had the misfortune of stumbling upon this "Burger Joint". I do not expect much from a burger place, but for the prices they charge, I would have expected at least something palatable. The chili tasted (and looked) as if it came out of a can with a dogs portrait on the label. The fried appetizer consisted of mushrooms, pickles and jalapenos for which the jalapenos tasted like dirt wrapped in batter, pickles where hard and mushrooms cold.
I voiced my displeasure to the staff who were kind enough to replace my food with a burger and fries in it's place....Strike 3!! I believe is this burger was one that had sat off the side of the grill for the last hour as it was just this side of beef jerky.
At least I could sit back with a cold beer and listen to the local music talent.
Wrong!! I was blasted out of the room with a brother and sister high school duet that forgot most of the words to songs and couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.
I am not one to write reviews, and I am certainly not a picky eater by any means, but for 20+ dollars for 3 of their so called "Specialties", I was very disappointed.
1 star given for the ability to keep the $6 draft beer cold
