Shu-Renu Shoe Repair

I telephoned and asked if they could dye a brand new pair of Sketcher white canvas and brown leather trim to navy or any med-to-dark blue and Michael suggested that canvas is NOT a good fabric to dye as it can "bleed through. He suggested I buy blue jean dye and do it myself so I could control the results ...as dying bluejeans does not "bleed" onto legs so shouldn't "bleed through" and result in blue feet! Great advise!!! Can't wait to try!

This place is amazing they fixed my shoes and they gave kind services. The way they treat you all depends on the way you treat them because, remember their only human not machines. The young man that works their is troublesome but that is not his son and the allegations that the most recent comment posted is inaccurate. You have to listen to what their going to do and if you don't like it don't go through with the services. The only way you can get bad service is if your inattentive, and unsure what you want done.

This place has great service. These people are extremely good at what they do. My heels were perfectly done and they looked brand new. Now I know instead of throwing away my worn out shoes I can take them to Shu Renu and they will bring my favorite shoes back to life and for an affordable price.

I went in with a pair of my favorite boots . as I would call them COW GIRL BOY BOOTS.. needles to say I had thes boots for years the heel was ruined . so I took them to Shu Renu , when I picked my shoes up they looked like they haent been worn lookin at the heel and also they cleaned them up for me . I was very pleased so pleased that when my cousin came in from California he just bout a brand new pair of lois vitton sandels they were thong sandels the thong part broke he was able to redo the whole sandel .... great experience I give an triple A PLUS all around !!!! I had a terrible experience here. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone. They completely ruined a pair of my shoes, yelled & cursed at me, and then threw the shoe at me! DO NOT go to Shu Renu!!!

Don't use this company for your shoe repairs. They completely ruined a pair of Ralph Lauren sandals I bought in to have the straps tighten (never worn). Instead of owning up to mistakes the owner and his son tried to convince me that I told them to disfigure my shoe...then they played the race card.



I am so over trying to support African American businesses that provice sub-standard services and get angry with you because you won't accept it. If you want to do business or even stay in business you need to up your standards, customer service and quality of work...I have this place a "0" in all areas...
