My husband got a call from their office saying they wanted to schedule him for some blood work and left a voice mail. We have the vm on his phone still. He called and made an appointment for the following day. The call is still on his phone showing what time he called and spoke to them. He had to fast for this blood test AND take off an hour early to get to their office the next day that they scheduled him. He shows up at their office and they have NO RECORD of anyone even calling him nor any order for any blood work and said well we don't know what happened?? So he is out an hour of work and the gas to get to this office and sent away with no more than a well gee whiz we just don't know what happened.Then we still had to try and get the other two rx's filled. I called the office and was told they had faxed the order over twice but that the dr. (dr wesley) would phone in the rx's herself to take care of the problem. And we could pick them up. My Husband then received a called from the saying the dr had taken care of calling the Rx's in and we could pick them up later today. Well we just left wal mart and they had absolutely NOTHING for us to pick up. NOTHING!! I called the answering service and spoke with a very nice young lady who actually listened and got a dr on the line and the dr instructed me to have wal mart call the answering service and the dr would take care of the rx problem right then and there. Well Walmart called & got a male on the answering service who got beligerent with walmart saying that they had no idea what they were talking about & not to be calling the doctors for routine refills of medications!! So now walmart is getting chewed out & now angry with us for having them call the answering service. I called the answering service back & got the same female from before. I asked if there is a male working the answering service, she says, YES I explain exactly what just occurred & how we are stuck in the middle. This young lady is very apologetic & calls the dr back & gives them the number directly to walmart. Walmart did give my Husband enough medication to get him thru the weekend. I get a call back from the very professional young lady at the answering service who said the dr spoke to walmart& understood that they gave my Husband enough rx thru the weekend.All this is supposed to be cleared up on Monday. It is obviously a mickey mouse operation & no one knows who is doing what and the information isn't getting written down and just plain INCOMPETENCE!! SO I look forward to Monday to going in and seeing them face to face and trying to explain their way out of this one. My Husband is supposed to go for the blood work also another day. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this office if at all possible as they obviously have no idea what customer service is&have NO CLUE how to run a doctors office. I don't know if the office personnel are idiots or if they just plain dont give a damn about any of their patients. Can't

I moved to the Indianapolis area last summer, and I was looking to find a new physician. I have been quite pleased with the service at this facility. The staff is friendly, and the physicians I have seen don't rush in and out of the room. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
