They are really sharp

I want to recognize Ed Cueto in the Service Department. I purchased new wiper blades for my 2006 Honda Civic this morning and attempted to install them myself. The job was more than I could handle and was advised to bring the car in and have the service department install the blades for free. I took you all up on the offer! Nothing against the guys and there were several of them who attempted to install the new wiper blades, but even they were running into difficulties. This actually made me feel rather good since I consider myself to be an above average person when it comes to working on my cars. After a few minutes Ed came over and diagnosed the problem with my blades. He quickly got the correct ones and installed them in a matter of minutes and explained to me why the ones I was sold did not work. He also advised me on what to do the next time the blades are replaced. I worked with Ed about a year ago on a repair for my Civic and he was very good then. I just want to let you know what a good guy he is and truly committed to excellent customer service. Even though I did NOT purchase my Civic from your dealership, trust me, when it comes time to get my next Honda, Penske will be the dealer of choice! Unfortunately this may be awhile, mine is a 2006 with 148,000 FLAWLESS miles, I plan to get about 300,000 or more out of it before I replace it. Those new CRX two door hybrids may force a change in my purchase decision though, they are really sharp! :)

We were very happy with the customer service and the quick turn around in handling two recall issues and an oil change. So far we have had a number of minor issues and recalls,as well as a few oil changes; and all have been handled in the same manner. Overall a good experience.

Doyle Harlos was the best salesman I've ever worked with. There was NO pressure and he explained every step of the process to me and went over all of the details of the vehicle before I took it off the lot. The finance person was great as well. I would definitely recommend Penske Honda and would also buy another vehicle from them - specifically Doyle!!

""Early last month my family and I were visiting Indianapolis when we encountered a problem with my '08 Odyssey. I randomly chose to have my van towed to your service department and I am so thankful that I did! I can totally understand why Penske is the #1 Honda dealer in Indy! Shellie Moline took spectacular care of us after a very trying day! She helped us get to a hotel for the evening and made sure that our van was fixed as soon as possible the following day so that we could get home to our kids. She made an awful situation bearable! Everyone in your service department was wonderful! If I lived in Indy I would buy my next Honda from Penske! Thank you so much for everything! ""

I purchased my 06 Accord from Penske and loved the experience. The finance department is wonderful, and the sales people are far from pushy. I bought a Honda Civic from David Redmond on New Year's Eve, and I can not he more impressed with the service he provided and his tremendous efforts to put me in the vehicle I wanted. Penske Honda is the only dealership you need to know in the entire Indianapolis area, and Song Park at Penske is the salesman to see. I have purchased 3 new Hondas from Song in the past 5 years after getting quotes from all Honda dealers in Indiana and Louisville, and Song matched those quotes every time. So needless to say, I will not buy another Honda from anyone but Song Park at Penske Honda. It also the little things that make Penske a great place to buy a car. There is never any pressure to buy. Song Park always keeps in touch with me throughout the year from birthdays or just to say hi. All their sales staff is ever so nice and always ready to help or answer any questions I might have, and the service department is top notch with 2 waiting rooms, one with TV's and the other is quiet for reading or business. You have to give Penske a try, just once and you'll see what I am talking about.

Our expectations of car salespersons is always low, and we have had a number of forgettable visits to dealers.From the moment we met Bill Edney, we discussed our expectations for a car. He was helpful in finding a vehicle, and never was the ""typical"" car salesperson. Most of all, there were no surprises or last-minute changes to the price or with our financing.Bill was very helpful, courteous, and knew exactly how to communicate with us. As with every car deal that I have done over the years, I expected just another painful experience and just another weak salesperson.Penske Honda, and specifically Bill Edney, demonstrated a rarity in the business: good service, experienced salespersons, friendly staff, and a quality deal. I have already told my friends and colleagues about my good experience at Penske Honda.Keep up the good work!

The experience we had a Penske was excellent. They worked with us to get the right trade-in value to satisfy us. The process of getting the lease was easy with very little wait. I don't know how others have had such bad experiences, but my experience was great. I never felt pressured, my salesmen (plural! Bill and John are both great and answered every question I asked, and they also remember me anytime I come in) were very informative and offered great advice. I didn't feel pressured at all. I was getting a decent deal from them on my Civic Si, and I found a better price online. I walked back in after seeing this price, said this is the price I want, and the finance department gave them the green light. They also let me wait a few days before I gave them the down payment, to where I had my car DAYS before I expected to get it. I had it the same day I told them what I wanted to pay. This was my first new car purchase and it went as smooth as can be. There was a minor paint issue with my car, and the sales department paid for it and got me a rental! I can't recommend Penske Honda enough! Don't let these other reviews sway you, as my experience has been excellent.
