        I just moved to Indianapolis and had to have a medical procedure that required sedation. The hospital was emphatic that I either could not have the procedure unless I had a ride home. Yet, they would not allow Uber/Lyft/Taxi. I was totally desperate. Need-a-lift was extremely helpful, even at the last minute. I felt that the driver was more compassionate than the medical personnel about my difficult position. Very grateful for the service.
