Expertise is great, the experience getting to the appt is the worst! My first appt was an hour behind - the excuse was that it was the week before the week of Thanksgiving. I gave them a pass. I scheduled my next appt for 9:00 a.m. hoping to avoid delays. I walked in and the waiting room was packed. I asked if they were behind and was told they were already 45 minutes late - this time the excuse was that today was the first Friday they worked after Thanksgiving. You cannot double and triple book appts for one doctor that has 5-6 tables and EVER expect to be on time. I know cancellations and no-shows happen but that's no way to run a business. I walked out. I wonder what they would do if all of their clients started showing up 30-60 minutes late for appts? Btw, the say they accept insurance, but told me that they are out of network for all insurance and take their full charge upfront while submitting the claim and reimbursing the client IF they are paid back. Why not just say you don't take insurance if you know you're not going to get paid from the insurance companies?

Dr. Mangas is an incredible doctor!!!! My daughter's injury of a few years ago twisted her back and the pain was worse every day. The improvement and relief she now has is incredible! I am so grateful we found his practice. I am loving the nutrition side of his business for me as well.

My husband and I live in Arizona and travel to Indiana every summer so that Dr Mangas can take care of all our chiropractic needs. My son travels from Charlotte, North Carolina to see him also. We don't trust any other doctors. We have been going to Mangas for over ten years and highly recommend him.
