I was amazed when I first had my hair butchered there 2 years ago, then they fixed it... nice enough and I kept going there. The front reception desk has never been friendly or the least bit helpful. A cold establishment. But like so many of you I liked my styles.

Now I have had some dizziness 6 months ago and just scheduled an appt. for cut and color and asked about any considerations for rinsing the hair out..... They did not want to talk..... Would Not feel comfortable to do my hair anylonger. You judge..... They are incredibly uneducated in these matters. I would Not recommend a place that simply tells you NOT to come back instead of learning about these considerations.
