this is by far the worst business I have ever been into. the fact that it is still open is due to the convience of it being on emerson. i went there to get my eyebrows waxed last year and the woman actually completely missed my face and got wax all over my suede jacket. I called them and they told me to bring my coat back in and they would get it out with warm water! Its really hard to get a burn mark out of a jacket with warm water! Channel six needs to send Raphael out there AGAIN because they didn't learn their lesson the first time. I wish I could give them a negative five rating.

I have gone to several... easily 20 or more... nail salons in the Indy area and I have to say, this is the only place where my fingers were literally sore afterwards. I went in for a fill and a repair. She talked me into getting a full set. She RIPPED them off of me - no easy prying with another nail, no soaking, just ripping it off. I asked if there was another way we could remove them and she said this is best. She talked on her phone the entire time while I was wincing away. I would have left expect I was short on time and needed my nails done for that night. She rushed the job and didn't seem to care if I was satisfied. I asked her to fix a place where she left polish on my skin and she did so begrudgingly. This is the salon closest to my house, but you couldn't pay me to go back. In fact my fingers were sore when I went to bed that night.
